Director, Financial Institution Division and B/O D in Omaha, NE

The main responsibility of this position is to provide all necessary products, support programs and services necessary to attract and retain Financial Institution and Credit Union relationships. This includes managing the Financial Institution team, providing strategic direction and establishing and maintaining relationships with financial institution clients. You will also be responsible for building a company presence in the Financial Institution investments program marketplace and establishing them as a ?top player? in the marketplace. Position Requirements ? Bachelor?s degree in business related field or equivalent work experience. ? 10 years management experience in a bank investment program, third party marketing firm, broker/dealer, product manufacturer or other related financial institution services provider ? Series 7 and 24 securities licenses required ? State Insurance licenses required ? Ability to implement recruiting strategies, policies, and practices ? Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow-up with prospects in a timely manner ? Ability to persuasively present the benefits of company and convert into a solid lead and have the ability to set and meet individual and business goals ? Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time ? Ability to work flexible hours (may require evening and weekends) ? Knowledge of FINRA and SEC rules and regulations ? Knowledge of Bank and Credit Union regulatory bodies including a working knowledge of the regulations as it pertains to the retail Investment business. ?
