Lab Technician in Omaha, NE

Aerotek is currently seeking a lab technician for 1 of our major clients in the Omaha area.This is an entry level position and the applicant will be part of the Quality Assurance group and will work with five others in the quality department including the Quality Assurance Manager. The applicant will be responsible for the preparation and testing of incoming raw materials, in-process product and final products. Tests performed include but are not limited to moisture, acid hydrolysis, free fatty acid testing, and toxin testing. Applicants with B.S. in food science, biology, and microbiology strongly encouraged to apply. A science discipline is preferred, but not required.
