Process Engineer in Omaha, NE

Aerotek is currently looking for a Process Engineering for our client outside of Omaha, NE. Our client manufacturers regulators and semiconductors which are the foundation of modern electronics, including radio, computers, and telephones. We are currently looking for a Process Engineer with an Electrical or Mechanical engineering degree with zero - 5yrs of background in a manufacturing environment. The Process Engineers main job function is to examine production methods, materials, and facilities to seek out areas of improvement. They will be investigating any production issues and provide effective and practical solutions. The EE will be working on specific projects in relation to their manufacturing equipment. They will be evaluating their current processes and will look for cost savings, as well as other ways to increase efficiency. The Process Engineer will work with controls techs and machine operators daily to evaluate their processes to make sure that the product is producible for their clients. Another job function is to work on customer correction actions to resolve any client issues in a timely matter.
